  • Who Can Invest?
    Investors qualify to invest with GlobalTurning if they meet certain criteria as per local regulation which may include a minimum financial instrument portfolio and sufficient prior investment experience. Investors can apply for approval here
  • How Does a Typical Investment Work?
    GlobalTurning investment vehicles pool interest in individual private equity funds. Capital calls, capital distributions, and fees are all paid through the GlobalTurning investment vehicle. We work with industry-leading partners such to ensure the process is efficient and secure for investors.
  • What is the Minimum Commitment Amount?
    The minimum commitment amount to GlobalTurning funds starts at $100,000, depending on the jurisdiction where investors are domiciled. We leverage technology to provide lower minimums than traditionally available, while respecting minimums required by local regulation for private equity investments. Amounts below the minimum are approved on a case by case basis.
  • What is GlobalTurning's Typical Hold Period?
    Our investment horizon varies by opportunity but a typical private equity fund investment has a maturity of 10 years.
  • How are Investments Selected to be in GlobalTurning's Fund
    Investments in GlobalTurning's fund are screened using in-depth due diligence and outside-in analysis. Criteria are defined as per the GlobalTurning's Diligence Method including track record, team, and terms. While we focus on only top-quartile investments, we cannot guarantee future performance.
